With a strong background in healthcare management and organizational leadership, she plays a key role in guiding the clinic’s growth and supporting its multidisciplinary team of providers and staff. Miscinda brings more than 15 years of experience in outpatient practice management and healthcare administration to the leadership team.

When she’s not managing clinic operations, Miscinda enjoys community outreach, mentoring staff, and spending time with family and friends. She resides in Barnesville with her husband, Vito. Together, they share five adult children and two grandchildren.  

Michael has over 25+ years assisting institutions within the health care arena.  His experience comes from working & training with two of the largest EHR vendors in the US (MEDITECH & EPIC) and with some of the largest consulting groups and implementing over 300 different systems in regards to Electronic Health Records.  He has excelled in ensuring that the patient's data is compliant, secure, efficient and readily accessible for review, to the patient as well as clinical staff.  This also includes ensuring that the information is readily available for the continuum of care throughout a patient's stay and treatment plan.

From programming, implementing, leading teams, to enhancing systems, Michael has done it all at the highest professional level, from small community hospitals, to large multiple facilities organizations, to full government counties health systems.  He has also maintained on the forefront of technology, bringing technology advances such as AI, Integration, telehealth and others, to organizations and providers.

Harold Ramsey is a finance and strategy professional with two decades on Wall Street, working across technology, biotech, TMT, and financial sectors. He’s spent his career building teams, shaping companies, and structuring capital to turn complex ideas into durable businesses.

From trading floors to boardrooms, he has advised founders, investors, and operators through every stage of growth—capital formation, restructuring, M&A, and market expansion. His background blends deep market experience with a practical, people-first approach to execution. He’s known for assembling sharp, motivated teams and aligning them around measurable outcomes that drive both value and longevity.

His goal with Choice Healthcare, is to build a multi-site outpatient and diagnostics platform designed to modernize community healthcare through data-driven operations, strategic acquisitions, and integrated clinical services. The mission: create a sustainable, patient-focused network that delivers accessible, high-quality care while strengthening local economies.
